Hawthorne Commons is a pet-friendly community; we love our furry friends! There is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $350 per pet and $25 monthly rent per pet. We have a max weight limit of 100 pounds. Maximum of 2 pets allowed, breed restrictions apply.
